10.2. Risk Mitigation Plan

Proactive Monitoring: Implement a monitoring system (e.g. Grafana) to track the health of all microservices and external APIs.

Error Logging: Use of a sentry.io to quickly identify and diagnose errors.

Contingency Planning: For critical dependencies, such as the UBI Network, a contingency plan will be in place. In case of API failures, the system can temporarily rely on a cached copy of benefit data.
