6.1. Beneficiary User Journey: Finding and Applying for a Scheme

Discovery: As a new user, I open the UBA PWA. I see a welcoming splash screen and an intuitive navigation menu. I tap on "Explore Benefits" to find schemes.

Application: I find a scholarship called "National Scholarship Program." I tap on it to view the details, eligibility criteria, and required documents. I tap "Apply."

Form Pre-fill: The application form opens. It is pre-filled with my name, address, and date of birth from my profile. I attach my "Income Certificate" and "Marksheet" VCs from my secure digital wallet.

Submission & Confirmation: I review the application and tap "Submit." A pop-up confirms my application has been successfully submitted, and I receive an on-screen confirmation with my application ID.

Tracking: I navigate to "My Applications" and see the scholarship listed with a status of "Pending." I can tap on it to see the full details.
