4.1.3. Provider Frontend Application
PR-UM-4.1.3.1: Log in to the Provider Frontend Application
The system shall provide a login page for authenticated provider users.
The user must enter a valid username and password to gain access to the application.
PR-CBF--4.1.3.2: View Available Benefits
Once logged in, the provider user must be able to view a list of all benefits published by their organization.
This list shall serve as the main navigation point for managing applications.
PR-CBF--4.1.3.3: View Applications for a Benefit
The provider shall be able to select a specific benefit to view all associated applications.
The system must display a list of applications with key details like applicant name, application ID, and current status.
The application list must be filterable and sortable by various criteria (e.g., date, status).
PR-CBF--4.1.3.4: Individual Application Details
Upon selecting an application from the list, the provider must be able to view a detailed breakdown.
The application details page must have a dedicated section for "Supporting Documents" and a "Verification" button.
The "Approval" button shall remain disabled until the "Verification" button is explicitly clicked and the verification process is complete.
The "Send Back for Changes" button must always be enabled, regardless of the verification status, to allow providers to request additional information or corrections from the beneficiary.
PR-CBF--4.1.3.5: Defect Loop
The system shall enable the provider to "send back for changes" for an application that requires correction or additional information.
When an application is sent back, its status shall be updated on the beneficiary application with the comment received from provider.
The application will re-enter the provider's queue once the beneficiary re-submits it with the corrections.
