4.1.4. Super User Interface

SU-UM-4.1.4.1: Provider and User Onboarding:

  1. The system shall provide an administrative interface for a Super User to create new Provider accounts.

  2. The Super User must be able to create a new user account for a provider and assign the appropriate roles and permissions.
